Our Mission

MyAVSolve is an independent technology education publication. We write plain-language articles that help everyday users understand cybersecurity, online safety, Windows security, and privacy — the kind of information that's often buried in jargon or hidden behind marketing language.

We believe most people don't need to become security experts. They need clear, honest explanations they can act on: how phishing actually works, what a password manager solves, which Windows features are already protecting them, and how to weigh one security product against another without relying on a vendor's own claims.

What We Do

• Publish original educational articles on cybersecurity, privacy, and consumer technology.
• Explain how security concepts and technologies work, in accessible language.

What We Don't Do

To avoid any confusion, we want to be direct about what MyAVSolve is not:

• We do not sell antivirus software, subscriptions, or licenses.
• We do not distribute software downloads of any kind.
• We do not provide technical support, remote computer access, or repair services.
• We are not a support provider for Microsoft, Norton, McAfee, Avast, Bitdefender, AVG, ESET, Malwarebytes, or any other company, and we do not represent them.

Our Approach to Accuracy

We aim to describe technology and security concepts accurately and to avoid unsupported claims, fabricated statistics, or invented product features.
